George Kitahara Kich, Ph.D. is a Senior Trial Consultant with Bonora D’Andrea. With hundreds of cases and more than 20 years of experience in corporate and diversity consulting, psychotherapy, group decision-making research, and trial consulting, Dr. Kich offers an informed and creative approach to assisting attorneys in all stages of trial preparation.
Specializing in witness preparation, Dr. Kich has developed insights and techniques that have proven invaluable in the preparation of witnesses for depositions, mediations, public hearings, and for testimony at trial. In addition, he is known for his ability to work effectively with attorneys to hone and enhance the persuasive power of attorney’s opening statements, and closing arguments. Dr. Kich uses these skills on behalf of a wide range of clients in complex litigation, criminal and civil cases. As one of the leading trial consultants in product liability and toxic-tort cases, Dr. Kich’s talents have contributed to successful outcomes for his clients including billion-dollar verdicts.
Dr. Kich is a frequent speaker at legal education and advocacy training seminars on local, state and national levels. He received his Ph.D. in Social-Clinical Psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California. He is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants (ASTC) and the American Psychological Association (APA).
