GEORGE KITAHARA KICH - Senior Trial Consultant

George Kitahara Kich, Ph.D. is a partner with Bonora D’Andrea.  George brings more than 30 years of experience in social psychology research, psychotherapy, and corporate consulting, providing an informed and creative approach to assisting attorneys in all stages of case strategy and trial preparation. 

Specializing in work with witnesses, George blends interpersonal insights and techniques that have proven invaluable for witnesses preparing for depositions, mediations, public hearings and trial. He also works closely with attorneys to hone the persuasive power of opening statements and closing arguments. George brings his expertise to clients on either side of complex civil litigation and to plaintiffs’ personal injury, tobacco products liability and toxic-tort cases. George’s talents have contributed to successful and precedent-setting outcomes for his clients.   

George received his Ph.D. in Social-Clinical Psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California. George is a current Board Member and former Chair of the Membership Committee of the American Society of Trial Consultants (ASTC) and is an active member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the American Psychology-Law Association (APLS). He has published in the areas of strategic consultation, focus group research, juror questionnaire design and personality development.
