 Elizabeth Thompson, Ph.D. , is a Senior Trial Consultant with Bonora D'Andrea. With a strong academic and research background in qualitative methods, Dr. Thompson uses her experience in conducting focus groups and trial simulations to aid attorneys in the development of case themes for trial. Drawing on her academic expertise in how individuals and groups react under stress, Dr. Thompson has focused particular attention on the preparation of key witnesses for deposition and trial testimony.
Dr. Thompson has consulted on both plaintiff and defense cases, with in-depth experience in securities litigation, patent and intellectual property, employment discrimination, pharmaceutical and white-collar criminal cases. Prior to joining Bonora D'Andrea, Dr. Thompson was a trial consultant in New York, and she has extensive experience in the major courts of New York and New Jersey.
Dr. Thompson has a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a focus on individual and group strategies for coping under extreme stress. She is also a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants.
