 Amy Cluff brings a diverse set of skills and experience together in her roles as Research Director and Associate Trial Consultant. She is an ideal “right hand” for the operation of our firm, the organization of research and the flow of our productivity. Her uncanny ability to view the big picture and the myriad details simultaneously, along with her problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, are essential to the high caliber of our research and consulting work.
As an Associate Trial Consultant, she moderates and analyzes mock jury research, assists with jury selection and conducts post-trial interviews. Her formal training in the art of story-telling helps in revealing persuasive case themes, crafting effective and meaningful graphics, as well as identifying potential juror reactions to case presentations.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Digital Media from the University of California, Santa Cruz. From script to screen, her creative interests and experience serve as a backdrop for her work in the legal field. Her approach to dissecting and analyzing a case stems from years of evaluating scripts and storyboards -- tracing bones and nerves to get to the heart of the story.
